84 Students of RA Ilham Koja Targeted to Get Covid-19 Vaccine Jab

Some 84 students aged 6-11 are targeted to get Covid-19 vaccine jab at Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Ilham Koja, Jalan Mindi, RT 02/13, Lagoa Urban Village, Koja Sub-district, North Jakarta.

RA Ilham Koja Principal, Neneng Purwati said, it was held in two sessions. The first session was set at 8 AM to 9 AM for 14 students of Kindergarten (TK) and at 9 AM to 11 AM for 70 students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Ilham Koja.

"Today's vaccination involves health workers from Lagoa Urban Village Puskesmas assisted by teachers for administrative needs," she expressed, Friday (1/7).

She hoped that it could provide more protection to children from exposure to Covid-19. Moreover, 100 percent Face-to-face Learning (PTM) is currently underway.

"We want PTM to run smoothly, even though we are still implementing strict health protocols," she added,

In the meantime, a parent of Shakila Kahirina Ilham, a student of RA Ilham Koja, Yulianti admitted that they were happy that her child had been vaccinated against Covid-19 in the first shot.

"I feel calm now. Moreover, now the school has started to learn face to face," she admitted.
